1. Do I need a passport to travel to/from Canada?
U.S. Citizens traveling to and from Canada by air ONLY are required to carry a valid passport.
**You may cross any land border between Canada and the U.S. WITHOUT a passport.
2. What documents should I carry to cross the border?
You should carry proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate, certificate of citizenship or naturalization, as well as Photo I.D. If you are a permanent resident of the U.S. , you should also bring your Permanent Resident Card (green card.)
3. Will I ever need a passport to cross into Canada by land?
Probably, but NOT likely before June 1, 2009 . The U.S. Congress is considering an amendment to delay this, but it is not yet passed.
4. Can I use U.S. monies in Canada?
All establishments accept U.S. currency. To ensure you're getting bank rate it's best to exchange monies at a Canadian Bank or use a credit card.
5. Are Credit Cards accepted in Canada?
Most credit cards are readily accepted. Principally Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
6. What forms of payment does Rainbow accept?
You can pay by Company check, bank draft or Visa

9. Why should we use your tour directors when our group has their own?
Our tour directors will work closely with your staff to ensure a successful tour. Our job is to see that all details of the tour are carried out meticulously, that the group travels from one point to the next smoothly, and they get the maximum enjoyment on their excursion with you. You do not have to worry if your tour escort/driver is not familiar with the area…that is our area of expertise!
Your escort is free to tend to the personal needs of the travelers.

Yes, we specialize in customizing packages to perfectly suit our client's needs and exceed expectations.
12. Are Tour Escort/Guide gratuities included in Rainbow's rates?
No. Gratuities may be provided at your own discretion. Gratuities should be based on level of service.
13. What types of Hotels do you use?
We prefer to use at least “3 Star” properties. However, this is based on the groups requirements and budget.
